We have built a modern intelligent production base with a total area of 4,000 square meters, equipped with 2 automated production lines and 1 precision testing lines. 

The production cycle of bulk orders is controlled within 15-20 working days, which can fully meet the demand of global overseas markets for timely supply.

All core components (such as chips, and serum raw materials) are inspected by a professional team. Each batch of raw materials is accompanied by a qualification certificate, and 10% of samples are randomly selected for precision testing and safety verification to ensure that the raw materials meet international standards.

Set up 6 key inspection nodes in the production process, focusing on product assembly accuracy, circuit stability, and appearance integrity. Use intelligent detection equipment to conduct full-process monitoring, and mark and trace unqualified products in real time to avoid flowing into the next process.

After the product is offline, conduct a comprehensive inspection including performance testing, waterproof testing, and functional verification. Pass the third-party international certification sampling inspection, and only after the batch qualification is confirmed can it be warehoused and shipped.

All products have passed multiple international authoritative certifications, complying with the regulatory requirements of major overseas markets such as Europe, America, South Korea and Southeast Asia. 

We strictly implement international standards in production and quality control to ensure that every product delivered to global users is safe, compliant and reliable.
